July certainly has been a hot one, but that hasn’t stopped the team from working hard and getting out and about in the community.

July certainly has been a hot one, but that hasn’t stopped the team from working hard and getting out and about in the community.
In June, we revealed that we’d made it to the final round in two categories at the EADT Business Awards 2026: Growth Business of the Year and Medium Business of the Year. So, this month, we dressed up in our finery and headed to the awards ceremony for a fantastic night of local business celebration. While we didn’t win, we are incredibly proud of becoming finalists - it’s a huge achievement after only five years in business. We’ll certainly be back next year!

Also this month, our Business Development Manager John headed to the beautifully sunny Rooftop Gone Wild networking event hosted by Suffolk Chamber of Commerce. It was a great evening of connecting in a stunning environment, and the food, drink, and entertainment were just as brilliant.

Finally, George and Christina headed to Whitton United Football Club for a chat, and to take a quick selfie with the Vivo Clean board on display at the grounds.

Alongside these outings, we’ve been working hard as ever behind the scenes to deliver excellent work to our clients and grow this small business of ours. A huge thank you to our incredible team of cleaners and office staff for always giving 100%.
That’s all for July - will August be just as busy? We can’t wait to find out.
July saw Angie and Christina promoted thanks to their fantastic work and continued passion for the business and its success. Angie has been promoted to Assistant Contracts Manager, and Christina has been promoted to Office Manager. These two Team Vivo stars will continue honing their skills as they take on new and exciting responsibilities, and we can’t wait to see how Angie and Christina tackle their new roles; we know they’ll smash them!

Members and guests of prestigious golf clubhouses expect a good standard of cleanliness when enjoying the space before or after a round of golf. In our latest blog post, we get into why it’s so important to keep clubhouses clean and why doing so can lead to a vast range of fantastic benefits.
