About the role

This position is offered on an ad hoc basis due to the nature of construction work.
Some weeks there may be the opportunity for full-time hours, while other weeks there may be reduced hours, or no shifts available. Flexibility is essential.
Applicants MUST hold a valid CSCS card. Please do not apply if you do not currently have one.
CSCS Cleaner Required – Ad Hoc Construction Cleaning Work
Vivo Clean are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our construction cleaning team.
The role will involve working on construction sites carrying out builders cleans, sparkle cleans and final cleans to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning newly built properties and construction areas
- Removing dust, debris and building residue
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors and surfaces
- Working safely and professionally on active sites
- Following site rules and health & safety procedures
Requirements
*Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work as part of a team
Own transport preferred due to site locations
